Discover Sintra, a charming village declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the capital of Portuguese romanticism, and known for its numerous stunning monuments. Its humid microclimate has contributed to the lush vegetation that was often praised by the romantic poets of the 19th century. You will have the opportunity to visit the Town Palace, an authentic tile museum with examples from the 15th and 16th centuries, or even the 19th-century Quinta da Regaleira with its esoteric character and mysterious gardens. But getting to know a village also means tasting its flavors, so you can try the queijada, a regional sweet. After strolling through the quaint streets of Sintra village, we will continue to admire the Sintra Mountains and the Sintra Cascais Natural Park before returning to Lisbon.
