Gloria was awesome…friendly and personable. She was very knowledgable about all aspects of touring, history, culture and interesting facts. She joined right in with everything, climbing the castle ramparts and walls with us and introducing us to all the local activities, she knew how to avoid the big crowds and give us fantastic personal service. We laughed and sang together, this is one of the many great things about taking a private tour…you really get to know the guides, have fun with them!
